About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to achieve business objectives, utilising multiple channels to attract candidates.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop job descriptions, highlighting key requirements and qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, generating reports to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
