About the Role

As an Online Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing sales data, executing promotional campaigns, and handling product listings on Shopee and Lazada. You will also be tasked with researching market trends and competitors to continuously improve product visibility and sales performance.

You will need strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to follow up on tasks effectively. In addition, you will need to be proactive, enjoy problem-solving, and be willing to learn new concepts quickly. Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Management & Analysis: Organize sales data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates.
  2. E-commerce Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Shopee and Lazada to increase brand exposure and sales.
  3. E-commerce Platform Operations: Manage product listings on Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, updates, delisting, returns, stock accuracy, and shop content updates.
  4. Market & Competitor Research: Study market trends and competitor products, understand Shopee and Lazada SEO rules, and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  5. Customer Support Assistance: When needed, respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction.
