Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
    • Collaborate with e-commerce partners to build relationships and drive business objectives.
    • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyze data and generate reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Content Management
    • Schedule and optimize product images and content to improve e-commerce performance.
    • Ensure end-to-end e-commerce performance, including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, and order management.
    • Create and update content to provide optimal product information and customer insight.
  • Requirements
    • Candidate must possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a marketplace environment.
    • Familiarity with online shopping applications and good computer literacy in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Word.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
