The Brand Executive role requires a minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or 2 years in other functions ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG companies. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cross-functional teams, stakeholder management skills, and solution-oriented approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and updates consumer portrait, engagement funnel, and basket optimization for her/his brand.
  • Activates Brand Essence through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Manages packaging, services, and CSV related to her/his brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendations for pricing and promotional strategies, proposes SKUs for key channels and customers.
  • Ensures consumer centricity, applies innovation levers, contributes to the innovation pipeline, and maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or 2 years in other functions ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG companies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder management skills and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Education: University Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (or equivalent).
