Job Description
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. This includes delivering excellent customer service, engaging with customers, showcasing products, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Additionally, the Store Manager will lead and support the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence, ensuring efficient store operations, and overseeing staff management, training, and adherence to company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of retail or customer-focused experience, including 5+ years as a Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving sales and customer service excellence.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for retail, customer engagement, and creating a premium shopping experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage and highly preferred.
