IT Channel Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our channel sales efforts and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership development, with experience in managing dealers and driving revenue growth.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical and Electronic, Mechatronic or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales related to IT/electronic security products.
- Experience in managing dealers is an advantage.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth through partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and project partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage sales activities and results.
