Marketing Operations Support

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Marketing Operations Support specialist.

This role will involve supporting marketing operations for our digital business, including daily reports, payment reconciliation, and sales tracking. You will also be responsible for nurturing leads and conversion through digital channels such as CRM tools, SEO, social, and paid ads.

You will monitor campaign results, compile learnings, and modify plans to improve campaign performance. Additionally, you will manage application processing from successful digital payments and assist customers with their queries and policy servicing for digital business.
