At Cycle & Carriage Malaysia, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Meet and greet customers with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.
  • Assign customers to available executives with ease and efficiency.
  • Attend to telephone calls and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Monitor selected activities such as test drive and demo car movement with attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports and related documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in CSI and CRM activities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines.
  • Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) i.e. from retail or hotel industries preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Pleasant outlook and personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to converse in English.
  • Candidates MUST be able to work on rotated weekends including Public Holidays - Shifts may start as early as 8.00am and end as late as 7.00pm (depending on assigned shifts).
