You will identify new revenue streams, optimize existing channels for sustainable growth, and collaborate with internal teams to integrate merchandising seamlessly within the membership platform. Additionally, you will oversee the selection, procurement, and sales of merchandise offered to members, monitor sales performance to adjust strategies based on market trends and member behavior, and develop co-branded initiatives, promotions, and events with partners. You will also conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management, and lead initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance metrics.
