Role Description
">- The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the regional commercial organization.
- This key role involves overseeing the Business Development department with full P&L accountability, leading both financial and customer-focused operations.
- The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry to drive growth, manage and build a strong management team for the commercial departments, and work closely with support functions and other departments to meet department goals.
- Additionally, the Head of Business Development will monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- They will develop expansion strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and build a project organization to implement growth plans.
- The role also involves establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
- The Head of Business Development will successfully manage the execution of client contracts, from negotiation to closure, adhering to company policies.
- They will develop a deep understanding of the industry, company products, services, and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
