You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Northern Regional Office, including supervising staff, ensuring efficient administration, and coordinating events and training programs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • 5-10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in event management and project coordination would be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
