Job Summary
The Client Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic alliances, marketing integration, and client acquisition. This role involves providing segment strategies support, developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, and working closely with Client Advisors and Relationship Managers on monthly onboarding events at branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide segment strategies support via strategic alliances and marketing integration.
- In charge of client acquisition through partner bases. Involve in segmentation value proposition creation and distribution strategy.
- Integrate campaigns into Sales Activities and partner co-marketing sponsorship for internal sales activities.
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies. Track and report on all campaign launches.
- Identify leads to be pumped into Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for cross selling.
- Monitor CRM leads closure and reporting.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales and services within the Banking industry or any related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, a team player and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
- Able to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics, and team spirit.
