JOB SCOPE :
• Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks,
and other issues related to the company products.
• Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
REQUIREMENT :
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
JOB TYPE:
• Contract (24 months)
• Training provided (1 month)
• During training period (1 month), working hour is 9am-6pm
