**Your Mission**

Reporting directly to the R&D Manager

**What you will do**
- To implement/ execute the ideation of new product development and tailor made products upon customers’ request. Coordinate with our technical demonstrator/s and test baker/s on physical test.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including personnel in Quality Control, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance on new product development and to resolve ingredient and product technical issues.
- Provide necessary technical information on raw materials, products, technologies, and production processes to management and staff as well as to provide necessary technical information on our products to customers.
- Assist on sensory evaluation on new products to ensure meeting customer/ market requirements.
- To support on technical & product training for sales & marketing team to assist on developing their competency in the Bakery and Baked Confectionery field.
- Maintain descriptive, nutritional and ingredient labelling is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Regular check to monitor product ingredient information and labelling procedures and report discrepancies.
- Conduct lab analysis & trials to evaluate ingredients and products used in the development and production of finished goods; assist to maintain compliance with specifications and standards that have been established during the test and trial period of new products.
- Assist on sample preparation for customers & internal technical validation.
- To support Quality & Regulatory Affairs team on matters pertaining to food legislation on ingredients and packaging materials.

**What we expect from you**
- Degree in Food technology or science or equivalent.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in production related job and quality control in food industry.
- Good organization skills.
- Adaptable to change and team work oriented.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate.
- Good personality.
