**Key Responsibilities**
- To develop new products from ingredient sourcing, laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization, focusing especially on sauces.
- Prepare product specifications, set up formulas and write technical reports and test run plans.
- Perform consumer sensory testing and shelf-life studies for pre-launch products.
- Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
- To conceptualize new and innovative products.
- Generate innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers’ requirements within the budget set and manufacturing capability.
