**Qualifications**
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Pack customer orders with attention to detail to ensure they are secure and properly labeled.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Assist with inventory checks and organization
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Female
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Experience with packing and shipping procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work location based at Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
