Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Digital Team partners with business units and clients to develop software and technical innovation. We create improvements and efficiency through service delivery, remote operations, automation and advanced analytics utilizing machine learning and Ai.

**Bringing Technology to life**

As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will be monitoring real-time Production data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You'll provide a high level of customer service and will stretch your ability to perform in a busy environment.

As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Creating of wells in the system, well entitlements, feed set up and monitoring of Production wells
- Helping to maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement
- Working with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security
- Providing additional projects as assigned by Remote Operations Services Center Manager and Service Manager

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have completed Bachelor studies in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Earth Sciences, Science and Technology
- Have at least 3 years' experience in IT Level 1 support in Oi & Gas industry (Real-time monitoring)
- Have a solid background and knowledge across a broad range of drilling operations, evaluation tools and services.
- Have proven ability to recognize, analyze and solve technical issues, coupled with a process oriented working style.
- Be committed to customer service, ability to work in a team-oriented environment and able to work on shift rotation and weekends.
- Have knowledge of incident management systems
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have Information Technology experience and knowledge of ITIL
