**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Target New Business Opportunities**: Research and identify potential clients in the B2B sector, focusing on businesses that would benefit from our ERP software solutions.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique benefits and features of our software.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to implementation and beyond.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the B2B software industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Chinese and English.
