**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:
1. To supervise a group of QA inspectors.

2. To ensure product inspection and testing are performed efficiently according to documented procedures and or work instruction.

3. Allocate adequate manpower for every task to ensure smooth product flow and to maintain work places order.

4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective job execution.

5. Provide full support on quality matters to production.

6. Conduct on-line-job training for subordinates to ensure their competency.

7. Ensure that nonconforming products are properly identified and segregated.

8. Ensure that inspection and reports are being filled correctly and accurately.

9. Act as Communication Bridge between the Management and workers.

10. To monitor and handle subordinate attendance and disciplinary related issues.

11. To maintain the workplace, equipment and facilities are in good order and clean.

12. To assist Superior to implement MSA on inspectors’ competency study.

13. To observe the company policy.

14. To ensure the workers follow the company safety rules and regulations in daily operation.

15. Other assigned duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum Diploma level or equivalent qualification with relevant manufacturing working experience, at least 1 year working experience at quality related products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
