Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, seminars and events for faculty.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, report, and documents as required.
- Collaborate with academic department to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new graduate students, providing information on academic policies, resources, and support services.
- Assist in the organization of student-focused events, seminars and workshops, networking events, and seminars for graduate students.
- Assist in maintaining records of professional development activities for students and faculty.
- Assist in academic visits such as accreditation audit by MQA,ISO visit,etc.
- Assist and prepare for internal and external audits.
- Assist in plan, coordinate, and document the records of the Quality Assurance & Enhancement Committee Meeting.
Qualification:
- Diploma and Bachelor in Business Administration and any related field.
- 1 year working experience
Specific Skills/ Attributes Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and basic office systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service oriented and able to liaise with various stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
