**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Preparing budget for festive or seasonal campaigns, including cost estimation.
- Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Executing all sales, marketing and promotional strategies to achieve sales target.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring effectiveness of offline and online marketing.
- Tracking sales trends for seasonal, festive products or other related campaigns.
- Liaising with bread and cake factories regarding upcoming promotions.
- Work on improving, promoting, analysing and optimising the member loyalty programme.
- Handling corporate sales in accordance with targets set by superiors.
- Assist in preparing internal and external communications.
- Handle external enquiries from social media.
- Liaising with external agencies.
- Plan and implement sales launch for new projects.
- Prepare relevant documents for authority submissions.
- Be able to assist in any other tasks as assigned by the Company on ad hoc basis.
- Handling CSR arrangement and activities.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Having 3-5 years of experience as a marketing executive.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Understanding analytics and reporting tools to analyze and measure social media campaigns is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
