Personal Assistant to CEO

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support & Representation**:
- Act as the first point of contact and represent the CEO in meetings, correspondence, and preliminary deal discussions.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
- Support the CEO in prioritizing and filtering potential business opportunities.
**Business Development & Marketing**:
- Assist the CEO in exploring new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including corporate branding, investor relations, and event participation.
- Conduct industry research, prepare market intelligence reports, and support pitching activities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
**Operational & Analytical Support**:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as EA/PA, business development support, or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Confidence to represent the CEO in discussions and engagements.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to filter and prioritize deals effectively.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
