Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Description:
Oversee the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and all time-sensitive commitments.
Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, reports, presentations and relevant documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Track action items, follow up on pending matters and ensure timely execution.
Arrange business travel itineraries (local & overseas), including logistics and documentation.
Assist in reception and official duties when required, ensuring proper representation of the CEO and company.
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a personal assistant or executive secretary role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Mature, pleasant, positive and well-presented with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisation, planning and multitasking abilities.
Able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PPT & Excel.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel for business (local & overseas).
Eligible and prepared for overseas travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
