**KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Responsible for conducting purchasing activities;
2. Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies;
3. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices;
4. Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data;
5. Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors;
6. Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures;
7. Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member.

8.Maintaining and updating supplier information.

**PRE - REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES**

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement /Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields.

2. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

3. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

4. Obliged to keep all of the company information private and confidential.

5. Ambitious to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.

7. Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
