**Key Responsibilities**:

- To perform responsibilities, duties and routine administrative functions;
- Issue PO to supplier and monitor delivery from supplier to ensure material availability for production/ customer delivery schedule.
- Maintain complete update purchasing records/data and pricing in ERP system
- To organize and maintain files of records and correspondence of routine nature;
- Receive a variety of documents, computer entry, document filing;
- Utilize a computer to maintain a variety of records entry and updates data;
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.
**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics/ Transportation or related field
- Preferably 1-year office support experience
- Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
