Responsibilities:

- Part of Legal & Compliance Department
- Organized, analytical administrative coordinator, with good communication and problem-solving skills to handle company’s shared services (Legal, HR and Accounts) departments admin-related operations.
In this role, you will field interdepartmental communications and oversee all administrative tasks for the shared services departments including management of audits, policies and document control.
- To ensure success as an administrative coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and be skilled at various administrative related tasks.
**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,529.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
