**Job Title: IT Project Manager - Global Banking, Delivery & Operations**

**Job Summary**:
**General Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage IT projects from **inception to completion**, aligning outcomes with business goals.
- Coordinate **cross-functional teams**, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Act as a **bridge between business and technical teams**, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Lead project execution while inspiring and motivating the team towards achieving the project vision.
- Manage **project budgets, staffing**, and scope to meet deadlines and delivery expectations.
- Ensure that project management methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.) and governance standards are followed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key stakeholders**, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular status reporting and communication across all levels of the organization.

**Project Responsibilities**:

- Define detailed **project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria** with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive **project documentation**, including plans, risk logs, and meeting notes.
- Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using structured change control processes.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, vendors, and third parties for **flawless project execution**.
- Support and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Lead regular project meetings, reviews, and **Go/No-Go decisions**.
- Measure project performance to assess success and suggest areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**.
- **5-10 years** of IT Project Management experience, preferably in the **Banking or Financial Services** industry.
- Proven experience managing **large-scale enterprise or transformation projects**.
- Strong understanding of **IT SDLC methodologies**, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent **leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management** skills.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal** abilities, capable of working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with **project management tools** such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle shifting priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with **risk management**, resource planning, and financial tracking.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation (optional but advantageous)

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT Project Management : 5 years (required)
- Banking or Financial Services industry.: 3 years (required)

- IT SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall: 3 years (preferred)
- MS Project, JIRA: 3 years (preferred)
