**Company Overview**:
DHA Maju Sdn Bhd also known as construction company owned a subsidiary of Santhai Mart which is a local retail business located in Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia. The store specializes in providing a wide range of essential products to meet the daily needs of the local community. With a focus on quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction, Santhai Mart aims to be a trusted convenience provider for residents of Rawang. Currently we are looking for Account cum Human Resources Admin to grow with us
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Prepare and generate financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee payroll management, deductions, and timely payments in compliance with tax regulations.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations for both employees and the company.
- Assist with the preparation of the company budget, track expenditures, and help forecast future financial needs.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing employee onboarding.
- Track and manage employee attendance, process leave requests, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Oversee office operations, handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Experience at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or HR-related roles, including payroll, recruitment, and financial record management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks,Xero) and knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Ability to manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Experience in employee record management, recruitment, onboarding, and understanding of basic employment laws.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and employee documentation.
- Effective communication with internal teams and external partners, alongside the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
