**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, DMCs, PCOs, and travel agencies.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital platforms.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and event planning teams to ensure successful execution of client events.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in response to client inquiries and RFPs.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the MICE industry.
- Strong understanding of the events, hospitality, and travel industry landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Existing network of MICE clients and industry partners.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with global MICE destinations and event trends.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
