Kelayakan:

- Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, atau bidang berkaitan.

Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman.

Kemahiran:

- Mahir dalam sistem ([Mysyarikat).
- Pengetahuan mengenai Akta Buruh dan peraturan HR di Malaysia.
- Mahir dalam perisian MS Office, terutamanya Excel.

Tanggungjawab:

- Menguruskan proses pengambilan pekerja (iklan kerja, temuduga, pemilihan calon).
- Menyediakan gaji kakitangan dan menghantar caruman bulanan seperti KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, HRDF, PCB, dan lain-lain.
- Menyediakan dokumen berkaitan HR Admin seperti surat menyurat ,memo, kontrak dan surat amaran.
- Memastikan pematuhan undang-undang buruh.
- Membantu dalam pengawasan keseluruhan kakitangan dan kerja-kerja pentadbiran pejabat yang berkaitan.
- Menyusun dan menyelenggara fail serta rekod pejabat.
- Menyelaras keperluan bekalan pejabat.
- Mengendalikan tuntutan kakitangan.
- Memastikan pekerja mendapat faedah dan insentif yang adil.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (required)
