Technical Support and Advisory:

- Provide expert advice on agricultural technologies and best practices.
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and optimization of agricultural solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability.
- Offer guidance on the effective use of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs.
- Farm Visits

Conduct regular farm visits to assess and monitor crop health, soil conditions, and overall farm management practices.
- Provide on-site support and recommendations to farmers.
- Collect data and samples for analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in fertilizer technology and market trends.
- Project Management:

- Lead and manage agricultural projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal teams on agricultural technologies and practices.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Research and Development:

- Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies and trends.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for improving agricultural practices.
- Collaborate with research institutions and industry experts to drive innovation.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
