Responsible of day to day operation:
Accepting and processing orders from customers.

Recording sales and process payments accurately and sending sales data to Accounts.

Issuing Billing, Invoices, Delivery Order, Packing List, CN etc.

Listening to customer requirements and presenting product knowledge.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls.

Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

Liaise with internal customer when required for the goods delivery.

Responsible of housekeeping, the cleanliness and tidiness of the department and maintaining an organized workspace to enhance productivity.

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

To assist general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the business’s operations of the depatment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
