**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Support performance appraisals and engagement activities.
Accounts:
- Record financial transactions, manage AP/AR, and prepare invoices.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
- Handle petty cash and support month-end/year-end closing.
**Requirements**:
- Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in combined HR and Accounts roles with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Attributes: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Knowledge of Mandarin is compulsory.
**LOCATIONS: KL Eco City (5 working days)**
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
