Identify, approach, and follow up with potential clients for hotel stays, meetings, events, and conferences.
- Conduct regular client visits and industry networking to promote hotel room packages, event services, and meeting packages.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and agreements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with operations teams on confirmed events, including menus, seating plans, and other arrangements.
- Follow up with clients on event confirmations, deposits, and required documentation to secure bookings.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Support marketing initiatives, including festive promotions, roadshows, and campaigns.
- Conduct site visits and present event proposals with a high level of professionalism.
- Provide on-site support during major events and functions to ensure smooth execution.
- Gather and report market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor activity for business review.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sales and Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with strong enthusiasm for the field.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in the Hotel/F&B industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
