The Tea Republic is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-based role focused on generating business-to-business (B2B) sales, targeting corporate clients who value high-quality, personalized tea gifts. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our luxury tea products to businesses and forging lasting relationships. If you have a good sales track record, are fluent in English, and share our passion for premium teas and exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients who align with The Tea Republic's values and preferences.
- Present and promote our range of luxury tea gifts to corporate clients, showcasing our commitment to quality, customization, and creativity.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close B2B sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets to earn commission.
- Provide personalized recommendations to clients, aligning their gifting needs with our premium tea offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with our tea products, understanding their unique selling points, and sharing this knowledge with potential clients.
- Collaborate with our team to create customized tea gift solutions for corporate clients, showcasing the uniqueness of The Tea Republic.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A passion for premium teas and the ability to convey this passion to potential clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Comfortable working with a commission-based remuneration structure.
