As a Dealer Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing the right partners to join our platform. You will not only drive acquisition but also ensure their long-term success with us.
We are looking for a strong sales professional with a proven track record in building relationships, negotiating impactful deals, and consistently delivering results. Your mission is to make Bjak the platform every partner aspires to join.
**You’ll Excel in This Role If You**:
- Recruit, manage, and support new dealers to drive business growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed dealer sales targets
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
- Spot new opportunities to expand our dealer footprint
**The Right Fit Has**:
- 1+ year of sales or dealer management experience
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- A target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- The ability to work independently and deliver outcomes
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in automotive, insurance, or related industries
- A strong network of existing dealer relationships
