Tokmer Global Sdn. Bhd. telah menjalankan perniagaan dalam industri F&B lebih daripada 3 tahun dan kini mempunyai 3 cawangan di Melaka, Malaysia di bawah jenama Tokmer Yong Tau Foo.

Lokasi HQ Tokmer : Plaza Semabok, Melaka.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Perancangan Sumber Manusia**
- Menyusun iklan jawatan kosong dan mempromosikan peluang pekerjaan.
- Menguruskan proses permohonan, menyaring calon, dan menyusun temuduga.
- Membantu dalam pemilihan calon yang sesuai dan menguruskan proses penempatan pekerja baru.
- Menguruskan surat tawaran, perjanjian dan kontrak pekerja serta memastikan semua peraturan buruh dipatuhi.

**Pentadbiran Sumber Manusia**
- Menyediakan dan menguruskan laporan gaji pekerja, bonus, dan insentif.
- Membantu dalam penjadualan dan perancangan tenaga kerja untuk memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.
- Memastikan pengurusan rekod kehadiran dan cuti yang tepat.
- Menguruskan faedah pekerja, seperti KWSP, Socso, Elaun, dan kemudahan lain.

**Latihan Sumber Manusia**
- Merancang dan melaksanakan program latihan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran pekerja.
- Menyediakan latihan berkaitan dengan keselamatan makanan, teknik memasak, serta prosedur operasi standard.
- Menilai keperluan latihan dan menyediakan kursus atau bengkel untuk pembangunan profesional.

**Penilaian Sumber Manusia**
- Menilai prestasi pekerja secara berkala melalui sistem penilaian prestasi.
- Mengadakan sesi maklum balas prestasi dan membantu pekerja menetapkan sasaran peribadi.
- Menyediakan laporan prestasi dan memberi cadangan untuk penambahbaikan.
- Menjadi penghubung antara pihak pengurusan dan pekerja untuk menyelesaikan sebarang isu atau pertikaian.
- Menyediakan persekitaran kerja yang kondusif dan membantu dalam menangani isu disiplin pekerja.
- Menguruskan isu disiplin pekerja.
- Memantau pematuhan S.O.P restoran oleh pekerja.
- Menyelaraskan proses penamatan pekerja.

**Pengurusan Sumber Manusia**
- Menyimpan dan mengemas kini rekod peribadi, kontrak, dan sejarah pekerjaan pekerja.
- Memastikan dokumen pekerja dikendalikan dengan baik dan mengikut peraturan privasi yang ditetapkan.
- Mengemaskini carta organisasi syarikat dari masa ke semasa.
- Mengatur, mengedalikan dan mengurus keperluan data dan maklumat sijil pengurusan Halal, Pengendalian Makanan, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Majlis Perbandaran dan Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri.
- Mengendalikan pemeriksaan atau audit dari pihak berkuasa tempatan berkenaan syarikat.
- Menjaga amanah dengan menyimpan maklumat sulit syarikat agar tidak terdedah selain daripada agensi kerajaan berkaitan.

**Lain-lain tugasan yang berkaitan**
- Melaksanakan tugasan yang di arahkan syarikat dari masa ke semasa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
