ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation within NAV systems and office filing cabinets for efficient retrieval and reference.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and executing ad-hoc marketing activities to effectively promote products and services.
- Generate and process purchase orders for equipment, consumables, spare parts, and accessories, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement procedures.
- Monitor and track incoming shipments, managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Manage inventory of equipment, consumables, and accessories, including ordering and restocking to meet operational needs.
- Prepare stocks and issue delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly, maintaining meticulous records.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations for products and services as required.
- Generate and process quotations and purchase orders for customers, dealers, and suppliers, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Follow up diligently with dealers and customers to facilitate timely payments and address any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Compile comprehensive monthly reports, including sales reports, shipment ETA, and customer delivery planning estimates, to provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for seminars or events, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction.
- Provide logístical support for activities and events, including arranging transportation, setup, and teardown as necessary.
- Monitor and track the progress of repair and new orders of equipment and spare parts, coordinating shipment and delivery to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding payments from customers and hospitals, maintaining accurate records and facilitating resolution.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders for spare parts and consumables as required, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with the technical department to address customer inquiries and issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Geographic Information System (GIS)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
