**About The Role**
- Plan, establish and implement overall Human Resource plan annually.
- Oversee and manage all Human Resource activities such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, payrolls, training & development, performance management, etc.
- Plan and manage annual budget for Human Resource Department.
- Lead, manage and oversee the entire Human Resource team.
- Provide advice and guidance to team members on complex Human Resource issues.
- Plan and implement coaching programs for Department Heads to build and enhance their people skills effectively.
- Work alongside with Department Heads to develop overall development plans.
- Provide support to projects implementation and overall business direction.
- Review current Human Resource policies and implement changes when required.
- Conduct research, HR reports analysis and strategies planning, provide sound advice and HR insights to Management on a regular basis.
- Attend management meetings and being proactive to communicate with both internal and external parties to address concerns relating to Human Resource.
- Keep abreast of latest Human Resource development trends and legal statutory requirements, update Management and Stakeholders when necessary.
- Improve and maintain overall employer-employees relationship by advocating a harmonious work environment and organizing employees welfare activities.
- Work closely with Management and Stakeholders to provide full support to ensure department and overall business objectives are achieved.
- Provide and lead by example.
- Any other projects as assigned by Superior.

**About You**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management roles.
- A degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with Malaysia employment law such as Employment Act (EA), Workplace Health & Safety and other government legislations.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills with ability to think out of the box.
- Demonstrated ability in decision making and results delivering.
- Experience operating in diverse corporate structures and environments.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Experience with hospitality businesses would be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 5 years (preferred)
