**a) Document Control**
- To update & maintain the document control procedures, process flows & policies.
- To ensure the company policies & procedures of the various operations comply to QMS standard.
- To process and control the documents including new documents, request for changes, storage & retrieval etc.
- To maintain the proper filing and keeping of all documents (eg: policies & SOP etc in physical and digital records)
- To review and maintain accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- To support & provide advice related to departmental procedure & forms creation.

**b) Compliance & Audit**
- To ensure company adheres to all internal and external Compliance Standards
- To conduct or perform internal & external audit (including customer audit, ISO/RBA/Apple audits)
- To plan, organize & execute the periodically internal audit
- To prepare the audit checklist.
- To provide consultation & training on new development of Code of Conduct of ISO/RBA/Apple
- To collaborate with other department on compliance issues through appropriate existing channels

**Job Requirements**
- At least a holder of Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a related position.
- Ability to handle multitasking, good follow-up skills, and prioritize job duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
