Billing Officer

1. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
2. To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
3. To liaise with Superior in on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
4. Data entry, monitoring and maintain data into system for the stock movement.
5. To check and receive incoming and outgoing goods for store.
6. Handling of Store/Warehouse activities, inventories and material handling.
7. Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
8. Assisting Superior with the preparation of billing reports.
9. Perform order entry and processing in WMS systems.
10. Prepare billing document in accordance to customers’ requirements.
11. To liaise with Superior in resolving issues and project management.
12. To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
13. To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
14. Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
