Invoicing & Administrative Officer

**Job Descriptions**:
- Documentations.
- Invoice / Billing.
- Generate Service Delivery Order / Installation Forms / Service Card
- Maintain proper filling system.
- Assist in receiving call, office stationery purchase, manage office cleaning schedule with out-sourcing parties.
- Monitoring and create new contract.
- Validate Sales Order Information, spot & clarify inconsistence information.
- Process special handling invoices and all types of billing adjustments as required with appropriate approvals according to guideline.
- Liaise with internal & external department to request and follow up on relevant information or supporting documents to support correct, timely and complete billing.
- Any Ad-hoc duties as be assigned by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Required language (s) : English, Mandarin and Malay **(Mandarin is a MUST as you will need to deal with mandarin speaking customer)**.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge of SQL system will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Possess own transport.

Working Time: Monday to Friday (8.30am~5.30pm)
Salary : From RM2,300.00 to RM2,500.00 and above depends on experience and education level.
Working Location : Setia Avenue, Setia Alam (Free Parking)
