1. Oversee HR projects, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting manpower needs.

2. Be fully involved in hiring the best talent for the business with an understanding of current and future anticipated needs.

3. Be constantly aware of the F&B market demands on staffing and remuneration and benefits and propose to the management team.

4. Ensure constant recruitment drives are ongoing in line with business needs.

5. Work closely with the Operations team to manage manpower cost and resources effectively and efficiently.

6. Serve as a culture champion and drive strategy discussions around how to create an environment where employees can perform effectively.

7. Develop, review and enhance HR policies, processes and procedures for the attraction, motivation, and retention of staff.

8. Build effective relationships with cluster managers, restaurant managers and heads of departments, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues.

9. Develop, implement and conduct employee orientation and training program.

10. Manage, coach and guide the team members ensuring that they acquire the right competencies for the role.

11. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements.
- Responsible in handling and advising the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labour laws, Industrial Relations Act, as well as Employment Act.

13. Handle and carry out payroll calculation pertaining to the salaries, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions. Prepare documentation for payroll is in order inclusion of monthly payroll payments.
- Maintain correct monthly payroll records for checking and statutory deductions and within the timeline.
- Handling follow up HRDF claim submission for training.
- A degree from recognized institutions with at least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience preferably in F&B or food retail.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment and selection; payroll, rewards, compensation and benefits; performance management; training and development; industrial relations; employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment laws and practices.
- Meticulous and strong analytical skills.
- Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach, ability to work independently and in teams.
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,800.00 per month
