HR Executive

1) Manage company's HR systems
2) Handle compliance matters
3) Execute hiring processes
4) Manpower allocation for weekly trainings & events
5) Maintain HR records, including employee files and franchisees’ employees’ files.
6) Organize and run training and development programs.
7) Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
8) Organize & manage company’s team events
9) Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
10) Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
11) Manage meals & supplies for the team
12) Manage team’s compensation, promotion & benefits
13) Facilitate onboarding & offboarding processes
14) Ensure accurate record of contractors’ compensation based on hourly rate.
15) Other duties as required by the management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
