**Responsibilities**:
- Job Description:
- HR daily duties.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Oversee and reviews payroll-processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries,

- benefits, taxes, and other deductions.- Prepare, update and maintain HR/Admin documents including manpower report, sub-contractor report and payroll summary report.
- Responsible in the development and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Understand the RBA requirements and compliance.
- Responsible to audit matters.
- Able to facilitate employee relations matters including staff misconduct and grievance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits etc.
- Assist in general office administration, security and other HR related support services.
- Assist and perform ad-hoc tasks and jobs assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- 5 years or above of experience in related position in a manufacturing environment (at least 200 headcounts).
- Good in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Experience in RBA compliance.
- Strong in industrial relations with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Sound working knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office.
