Understand Semiconductor device manufacturing dicing/ saw and probe flows.-
- Understand the business, requirements, processes for the area of scope and to become SME for design, change and improvements.- Proactively providing leads and needs before is late to achieve robust manufacturing process end to end.- Identifying and defining business requirements for each project. Providing effort estimates by engaging with teams and SME.- Providing technical writing for functional designs and work with the development team.-
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle and confirms program operation by conducting tests; communication with developers and SME on each milestone. Updating the business stakeholders on each step of the project.- Adhere to and maintain IT approval process for each task.- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; update the team with the best in class technologies.- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.- Providing training to people who will be impacted for each change in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills and Experience- Understand Unified Modelling Language.- Experience with Manufacturing systems, manufacturing and production flow and MES systems.- Experience working with major manufacturing systems such as SPC, Quality, Planning and ERP.- Experience working with automation control systems, FA, material handling systems.- Excellence in SDLC management.- Passionate about problem solving and improvement, analyzing information.- Having knowledge and experience with writing up requirement and functional design documents.- Project Management skills are preferred.- Knowledge of using basic SQL codes to help analyzing data independently.- Semiconductor Manufacturing Experience with SEMI Standards Tool controls- SEMI Standard: E5, E4/E37, E30, E90, E94/E40, E87, E84- Influence people who are not reporting direct to you.- Excellency in negotiations with vendors for pricing, understanding the budgeting and be the IT partner with finance for setting the operational and capital expenses for commercial software and licensing.- Self-motivated and able to work well with limited direction and supervision- Ability to work well within a team environment- Detail oriented, organized with sense of ownership of area of responsibility- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial engineering or any other engineering, or related field
