**Remuneration Package : RM3,000 to RM10,000 per month (inclusive of Sales Commission)**

Line Clear Express Sdn. Bhd. is a fully integrated supply chain management specialist providing seamless, reliable and efficient delivery services across Malaysia. Incorporated in 2015, we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of MMAG Holdings Berhad, a publicly-traded company on the ACE Market in Bursa Malaysia.

We are now embarking on our holistic journey towards transforming and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and services.

With this, we would like to invite a dynamic and driven Sales Expert of all levels to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to develop new businesses, foster strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth for Line Clear Express.

As the Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales activities in order to grow and expand our services to a greater level. You are expected to have the capability and dynamics to strategise sales strategies at the expected level and to develop key client relationships to ensure the organisation achieves its revenue targets aside from having the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Lead Generation and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business leads to drive sales growth; and
- Secure new business accounts and expand the customers’ base by leveraging market insights and networking;
**Execute Field Sales Activities**:

- Proactively execute field sales activities to engage clients and manage the assigned sales territory effectively; and
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

**Sales Planning and Organisation**:

- To plan, strategise and execute sales activities towards meeting and achieving sales targets; and
- To prioritise tasks effectively by managing time and resources efficiently and effectively.

**Cross-Selling and Upselling**:

- To identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of available products and services to all existing and potential clients; and
- Work towards enhancing service values to drive revenue growth through strategic product recommendations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Nurture and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention can be obtained; and
- To address customer needs promptly and professionally while providing them with potential solutions and support as and when required.

**Proposal Preparation and Presentation**:

- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring competitive and attractive pricing being offered; and
- To customise proposals based on clients’ specific needs and requirements.

**Reporting and others**:

- To prepare and submit sales reports to the HOD or Team Lead outlining sales activities, progress, and challenges; and
- Attending to other tasks as and when required by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Sales Personnel with a proven sales record, preferably in the courier or logistics industry;
- Have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantage;
- Possesses adeptness in sales strategies and techniques to promote products or services, driving revenue and customer satisfaction;
- Ability to analyse complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions that contribute to organizational success and growth;
- Able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively communicating with staff at all organizational levels, fostering a collaborative work environment;
- Possess advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office suite to create documents, analyse data, and deliver effective presentations; and
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Experience**:

- Courier Industry Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Logistics industry sales: 2 years (preferred)
