Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for GCC Powder to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to GCC products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and to address customer needs effectively.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Engage in high-level negotiations with key clients and close sales to achieve individual and team sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on industrial minerals or related products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
