Human Rescource Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate daily records of staff attendance and coordinate meal orders for various shifts, ensuring accurate documentation for accounting.
- Post daily staff meal menus and manage internal communication updates via staff group platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage onboarding and induction for new hires, and prepare staff-related letters such as offer and promotion letters.
- Register new hires for statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO), and ensure all records and files are updated accordingly.
- Prepare and manage payroll processes for daily staff, oversee contract renewals, transfers, and staff confirmation procedures.
- Regularly update the organizational chart, CNC schedule, and staff personal files.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan weekly menus and coordinate grocery orders.
- Organize and coordinate internal staff activities such as monthly birthday celebrations and farewell events to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle yearly HR reporting and submissions, including Form BE, CP8D, and training plans.
- Manage data related to foreign worker hiring including cost analysis, procedures, and accommodation.
- **Renew working passes for expatriates and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.**:
- Act as internal auditor for ISO/IATF, liaise with government bodies on labor law compliance, and manage SOCSO-related matters for workplace accidents.
- Support 5S practices and update SOPs where necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO regulations, and HRDF grants.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ISO/IATF compliance and handling expatriate documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
