HR & Account Executive

1)To report directly to HR Manager. 2)To monitor and ensure the country labour law to be compliance in the organization from time to time. 3)To liaise with the external recruitment agency for hiring of the staffs in the organization from time to time. 4)To liaise with local authority for the issues associated with the local labor law or regulation from time to time. 5)To source and arrange the external training course provided to the 3G staffs upon receipt of the training request from the BU heads. 6)To monitor and update the legal law related to manpower from time to time. 7)To ensure the list of the valid legal licenses maintained in the organization from time to time. 8)To look into the human resource issues associated with the staff's complaints from time to time. 9)To ensure the complaint or feedback lodged by the staff are well-handled and followed up closely to closure. 10)To oversee the company administrative and welfare matters associated with staffs in the organization from time to time. 11)To perform monthly close and management reporting function. 12)To report to Account executive if there is discrepancy in the account payment and staff's payroll. 13)To compute the staff's salary timely and monthly. 14)To report discrepancy in the attendance to account executive. 15)To perform month end closing in the account promptly. 16)To perform tax matters of the staff. 17)To assist to raise the letter of termination or warning upon to the errant staff upon receipt of feedback or complaint from the BU heads. 18)To perform tasks being assigned by the superior from time to time.
